FORM Physio & Pilates Studio was established to provide clients with a secure and efficient environment for body movement, leveraging more than 12 years of expertise as a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor. With extensive hands-on experience, I've catered to a diverse clientele, spanning from athletes to amputees. This breadth of experience underpins our personalized programming, rooted in a profound understanding of biomechanics. Our contemporary Pilates approach isn't just effective; it's immersive, enjoyable, and customized to suit your individual requirements.

Daisy is a qualified Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor from the UK. With 5 years of experience in physiotherapy, Daisy brings a wealth of knowledge and deep understanding of human movement and biomechanics.

She incorporates strength, stability and mobility challenges to every session, whilst considering individual needs. She has a genuine love for teaching and a profound joy in witnessing clients achieve their goals; whether that is recovering from an injury or simply moving with more freedom, confidence and vitality.
